The 4 day course From the outside in, is specifically designed for people who want to go on a self discovery journey and hit the re-set button for a moment. Have you lost contact with yourself? Are you struggling to feel things? Could you use a boost? Or are you simply ready for a new phase in your life? Do you dare to step outside of your comfort zone? And does the combination of Nature Coaching and Yoga seem appealing to you? Then this 4 day course is ideal for you. 



Almost everyone loses touch with themselves at some point or another in their lives when certain life events have a major impact. Such as a burn-out, a separation, a new job, the loss of a loved one or a (chronic) illness. But also for instance the birth of your child or a new relationship can have a deep impact on you. Your life is temporarily turned upside down and during times like there you can have the feeling of being disconnected. 


Unfortunately this happens more and more in our modern society and the feeling lasts longer. This can cause a state of fear, apathy, feeling down, lack of sleep, overthinking or a feeling of loneliness. If you more or less experience any of these symptoms and feel like making a change, then this course is for you! The course From The Outside In, is like a journey inwards.  The most precious gift there is.

You are by nature whole and complete. Your core personality is always present, only you might have (temporarily) forgotten. I will give you practices that will remind you of this simple wisdom. Consider this to be a proces of remembering or rediscovering. Nature is a powerful tool to work with, because she reminds us that we already possess everything within us to leave a satisfied and joyful life. In this course, your current state of being will become clear and specific and your self knowledge will be boosted. You will get closer to your natural self. The combination of nature and yoga make the course From The Outside In unique, with a beneficial and connecting effect on mind and body. Knowing yourself and knowing your limits, brings more calm and clarity to your life. 



During this 4 day group course, you will go on a self exploration journey in nature and on the yogamat, in order to fully connect with yourself again. You will learn to see your own patterns and break through them. I will guide you through nature coaching, yoga, mindfulness, nature walks and exercises. Each training day has a different focus, ensuring that by the end of the course you will have gained not only many insights but also the tools to remain in contact with yourself and protect your boundaries. Day 1 & 2 are about mapping your current state of being and getting clear on your energy sources and energy leaks. Day 3 & 5 are about the beauty of being yourself and the integration of your insights through a ceremonial ending.

The program is set up as followed: 



During the first course day we will make your current state of being clear. How are actually you really doing in this moment? We make an inventory of this. In this explorative session you will also get to know the fellow participants better.  



This second course day you will experience and get clear on what brings you energy (energy sources) and what takes your energy away (energy leaks). Your inner compass becomes stronger and more refined. Prior to and after this session to you have some homework from the reader, to ensure you have access (also after the course) to the insights that you gain during the course.



During this third day you will be introduced to your state of flow. Who are you when you can completely be yourself? What happens when you dare to be vulnerable and you act from a place of love? Are you capable to embrace the beauty of yourself in the here and now and show it to others?  



How can you make sure that you integrate what you've learned during the course? This last day we will focus on your strengths and unique qualities so that you can face your life challenges without losing yourself by consciously including your reinforcement system.  We end this day with a beautiful ceremony and a tangible symbol for you to bring home.

  * Each day we are outside from 10:00 - 12.30 and in the studio inside from 12.30 tot 15.00. 



* With a minimal of 4 participants the course will be held, otherwise it will be moved forward to the September edition.

* Depending the participants this course will be given in Dutch and or English. 

* Cancellation from participant up to 4 weeks prior to the course is 50% restitution. Cancellation from participant after that, no restitution will be made.
