Nature coaching is a type of coaching that takes place in the outdoors, in a natural setting. It is a proven preventative method for dealing with stress or burn-out related symptoms but also in the treatment of it. The serene, safe and green environment relaxes the nervous system and activates the body's innate ability to restore itself.
With the use of cognitive coaching techniques, breathing techniques and mindfulness, nature coaching is ideal for you when you feel stuck in any of the following areas of your life: health, work, burn-out, relationship, life goals or simply when you feel like you've lost touch with yourself. Nature coaching can also bring relief for those dealing with loss, chronic illness or depression. BUILD UP OF NATURE COACHING SESSIONS
Individual nature coaching sessions takes approximately 1,5 hours each time with a minimum of 4 sessions:
- Exploring, Deepening, Renewing, Integrating - and usually consists of the following*

To me quality goes above quantity. This is why I take my time to coach you one on one and I create a safe and calm environment in which you are welcome just the way you are. Here I guide you towards more self awareness and greater mind-body connection. Nature does not judge or hold expectations, which makes it the ultimate surrounding for gaining new perspectives and insights. Almost effortlessly, the answers occur naturally. I continuously bring my full attention to each present moment, seeing that all we have is the now. When being present in the present moment, magic occurs...
When you fill out the contact form below I will call you for a short intake. My work area is the beautiful Natural Parc het Twiske.
A nature coaching session is possible on the following times/days:
Mondays from 14.00 - 15.30 or from 14.30 - 16.00.
Wednesdays from 14.00 - 15.30 or from 14.30 - 16.00.
Thursdays from 10.00 - 11.30 or from 10.30 - 12.00.
Thursdays from 14.00 - 15.30 or from 14.30 - 16.00.
*Daily Nature has a winter closure from 31st of December 2018 - 17th of February 2019 and a summer closure from July 18th 2019 - August 18th 2019
WHAT TO BRING
*The above is a guideline from which I work. However, sometimes it is necessary for me as a coach to deviate from this when I notice that you as a client need a different approach or when a certain theme that occurs for you needs extra attention. Because everyone's story and rhythm are unique, no two coaching sessions are exactly the same.
