A private yoga class is a gift and an investment in yourself. There is plentiful space for personal guidance and adapted sequences, based on your needs and energy level at that specific moment. There is also time for questions. I create a safe and pleasant environment and make sure you feel recharged and calm after the class.

*A session needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. When cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, I will have to charge you the entire price of the session. You will receive an invoice from me.
During this group class you will be guided in moving with your body exactly as it presents itself in the moment. Without forcing or ignoring it. We increase a loving attention of the body and mind. Our thoughts directly impact our nervous system. By being fully aware of our thoughts, we stimulate out body's innate ability to restore and repair itself. Experience the healing effect of yoga and meditation in a safe surrounding.
This is a very accessible class where we take the time to get into the postures through a safe and careful explanation and guidance. The class consists of shirt meditations, strength & coordination exercises, balance, stretching, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and visualisations.
Suitable for anyone who wishes to work on an increased body awareness and confidence in the body. Because of the way the class is designed, it is also very suitable for people dealing with loss, chronic illness, depression, injury, impairment, or recovering from a difficult time.
