Education & Experience


After graduating from University in Cultural Heritage and Literature I continued my journey into wellness and completed a four year hatha yoga teacher training and I got certified as a Nature Coach in Portugal. After teaching Yoga a few years, my purpose became even clearer: to  bring people in touch with nature and a natural lifestyle, combining my knowledge and passion for nature, nutrition and yoga. Although I have years of experience in exploring nature in general in the Netherlands and abroad, my special focus is nature around the Amsterdam area.




Nature is my passion and fuels me with a zest for life. I find incredible comfort, joy and strength in the notion that nature has an effortless way to bring out all the answers and acts like a mirror. Nature is where I find my center over and over again. Another nature related passion of mine is food. I love cooking up organic, local and seasonal foods into delicious, honest meals. You can find some of my recipes here. Nature coaching is suitable for a lot of people, in a lot of different situations. I am most experienced to guide people with stress related symptoms, burn-out (pre, during or post), loss and chronic illness. Being raised by a french mother and an English father in the Netherlands I am a native speaker in three languages and offer my nature coaching or yoga classes in Dutch, English or French. My blog and recipes are written in English because of an increasing international fanbase. If you need some help understanding any of the content, then do not hesitate to contact me!
