Daily Nature's Calming mindful nature walks


INTRODUCTION

Nature has no to do list and yet it's always 'finished'.  What can we learn from this? Walking in silence in nature is an affective and beautiful way to listen to your deepest self and to put aside the hustle and bustle of your daily routine for a moment. By walking in a small group in silence you will soon experience a connectedness to each other and the beautiful surroundings. Yet, we do not talk with during the walk. I will, however guide you with some mindfulness exercises and some questions to help you find more silence within as we move forward. There will also be a short break halfway so make sure to bring a snack or a drink along. 

 

At the end of the walk you can choose to share a (warm)drink with each other when the farm is open or you can simply choose to continue your journey home in silence. Group walks take place in every season and are a great way to get a glimpse of the benefits of nature coaching, or simply as a small investment in your own wellbeing. Out of respect for the other participants and in order to increase the effectiveness, I kindly ask you the following: 

 

  • No talking during the silent moments
  • Do not leave any garbage in nature
  • Be on time
  • Wear comfortable and appropriate (based on weather) clothing

DAILY NATURE'S CALMING MINDFUL NATURE WALKS 

 

 14 - July / 23 - August / 

 

Do you want to calm your mind? Recharge yourself and catch your breath for a moment? Are you longing to feel connected to yourself and nature again? Then sign up for one of Daily Nature's Calming Mindful Nature Walks. 

 

You can also offer this beautiful mindful walk to a friend. Wouldn't that be lovely? If you want to gift one of these walks, simply leave a remark in the remarks field of the sign up form below. Allow yourself this incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating mindful nature walking experience. 

 

Through this walk I will guide you as a nature coach and offer tools to de-stress and slow down. You will go back home relaxed. These walks are also suitable when you are recovering from a burnout or illness/injury.

 Sat 14 July 10.00 - 12.00 / Thu 23 Aug 19.00 - 21.00 /

Departure location:  Zorgboerderij de Marsen in het Twiske. Adres: Pikpotweg 1, Landsmeer. Reachable by bike from Amsterdam Central station( 25 mins) or car. Make sure to be on time. We depart at the above mentioned time.
Registration: Register beforehand through the form on the left of this page. 
Costs: 15 euro pp per walk.

Join: Are you joining? Wonderful! Please sign up through the form at least 1 day ahead and after you receive my confirmation email your spot is confirmed when you transfer the amount to Daily Nature NL04ABNA0533579058 o.v.v. your name + date of the walk. 

Participants: Minimum 4, maximum 12 participants. These walks are for adults only, but for the mothers who can still carry their baby in a sling, feel welcome. 

 

What to bring:

  • Rubber sole shoes and (warm) clothing that can withstand potential rain/mud. 
  • Umbrella (when rain is announced)
  • Little backpack with water and snack
  • Sunscreen (when sunny)
  • Little notebook and a pencil or pen

*Weather: please note that with a little bit of rain, the walk will take place. Please bring appropriate gear. Only with extreme weather conditions will the walk be postponed. If this is the case you will be notified on time. 

 

*Depending on the participants and their language level, the language will be Dutch and English.
